How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by filling out our order form or contacting us via WhatsApp/Instagram. Orders are processed only after all required details are submitted.
When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified. Customers must share a payment screenshot for confirmation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We operate on 100% advance payment only.
Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable. We work slot-wise and prepare customized and fresh items, which means once a slot is reserved, it cannot be reassigned.
What happens if I don’t send payment proof?
If payment proof is not shared within 24 hours, we are not responsible for holding or confirming the order.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide for non-perishable items such as gift boxes, baskets, frames, handmade gifts, and artificial flower arrangements.
Are fresh items available nationwide?
No. Fresh items including cakes, fresh flowers, balloons, donuts, cupcakes, and chocolate-coated strawberries are available only within Islamabad.
How are Islamabad deliveries done?
All Islamabad deliveries are fulfilled through InDriver, and delivery charges are based on distance and app fare rates.
How are nationwide deliveries done?
Nationwide deliveries are handled through third-party courier services such as TCS and Leopards.
Can you guarantee exact delivery time for courier orders?
No. Courier delivery timing depends entirely on logistics companies. Delays may occur due to weather, flight schedules, or courier workload. We can track shipments but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance. During peak seasons, earlier booking is advised.
📝 Order Details & Accuracy
What if I enter incorrect delivery details?
We strictly follow the information submitted in the order form. Customers must carefully check delivery date, time, and AM/PM selection. Last-minute corrections may not be possible.
✏️ Order Changes & Rescheduling
Can I modify my order after confirmation?
Major changes are not allowed once an order is placed. Minor changes (such as small add-ons or name adjustments) may be possible if requested at least 48 hours before delivery, subject to feasibility.
Can I reschedule my order?
Rescheduling is possible only if:
- You inform us at least 3–4 days in advance
- A slot is available on the requested new date
Fresh items cannot be rescheduled once preparation has started.

Do you offer pickup?
Yes, self-pickup is available.
Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time. A grace period of 15–20 minutes is allowed. Late pickups may cause delays or scheduling issues.
