Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed by filling out our order form or contacting us via WhatsApp/Instagram. Orders are processed only after all required details are submitted.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified. Customers must share a payment screenshot for confirmation.
No. We operate on 100% advance payment only.
All payments are non-refundable. We work slot-wise and prepare customized and fresh items, which means once a slot is reserved, it cannot be reassigned.
If payment proof is not shared within 24 hours, we are not responsible for holding or confirming the order.
Delivery & Shipping
Yes, we deliver nationwide for non-perishable items such as gift boxes, baskets, frames, handmade gifts, and artificial flower arrangements.
No. Fresh items including cakes, fresh flowers, balloons, donuts, cupcakes, and chocolate-coated strawberries are available only within Islamabad.
All Islamabad deliveries are fulfilled through InDriver, and delivery charges are based on distance and app fare rates.
Nationwide deliveries are handled through third-party courier services such as TCS and Leopards.
No. Courier delivery timing depends entirely on logistics companies. Delays may occur due to weather, flight schedules, or courier workload. We can track shipments but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
We recommend placing orders at least 5β7 days in advance. During peak seasons, earlier booking is advised.
Order Details & Accuracy
We strictly follow the information submitted in the order form. Customers must carefully check delivery date, time, and AM/PM selection. Last-minute corrections may not be possible.
Order Changes & Rescheduling
Major changes are not allowed once an order is placed. Minor changes (such as small add-ons or name adjustments) may be possible if requested at least 48 hours before delivery, subject to feasibility.
Rescheduling is possible only if:
β’ You inform us at least 3β4 days in advance
β’ A slot is available on the requested new date
Fresh items cannot be rescheduled once preparation has started.
Self Pickup
Yes, self-pickup is available. Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time. A grace period of 15β20 minutes is allowed. Late pickups may cause delays or scheduling issues.
Communication
Our team usually responds to messages within 24 hours. For urgent queries, customers may contact us via WhatsApp.
Customer Conduct
We maintain a respectful working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
